JUDGMENT
The above-captioned matter came before the Court on the October 14, 2004 Amended Application to Employ Block Markus Williams, LLC Under 11 U.S.C. § 327(a) ("Amended Application") and the objection thereto filed by the United States Trustee.
The issues have been tried or heard and a decision has been rendered. In accordance with the Order issued by this Court concurrently herewith,
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Amended Application to Employ Block Markus Williams, LLC. as counsel for the Debtor is DENIED.
