On November 30, 2005, the Court promulgated amendments to the General Rules of Practice for the District Courts to become effective on January 1, 2005. A technical correction is required to conform form 508.1.
IT IS ORDERED that:
1. The attached Form 508.1 of the General Rules of Practice for the District Courts be, and the same is, prescribed and promulgated to be effective on January 1, 2006. The version of Form 508.1 promulgated on November 30, 2005 is superseded by the attached form 508.1.
2. These amendments shall apply to all actions or proceedings pending on or commenced on or after the effective date.
