HARRIET WOODHOUSE ET AL. v. MARK D. McKEE.

COURT'S RESPONSE TO " SECOND MOTION FOR ARTICULATION"

DEMAYO, JUDGE TRIAL REFEREE.

1. The defendant requests that the court articulate "The correct case citation of Allen v. Johnson as the citation on page 11 of the Memorandum of Decision cannot be found at 79 Conn.App. 740 (2003), or any cite locus."

The court finds this misstatement distressing, to say the least. This decision is published in Volume 79 of the Connecticut Appellate Reports at page 740, et seq. (2003), as recited in the Memorandum of Decision.

2. The remaining requests amount to arguing with the court over its decision.

3. As was the case with the defendant's first motion for articulation, this motion ignores Sections 66-5 of the practice book.

The motion is denied.
