This matter came before the Court upon the Final Application For Allowance Of Compensation and Expense Reimbursement (the "Application) filed by LeClair Ryan, a Professional Corporation ("LeClair Ryan"); and it appearing to the Court that (i) LeClair Ryan provided proper notice of the Application to all necessary parties; (ii) the request for compensation and reimbursement of expenses as allowed herein is reasonable; and (iii) it further appearing that any objections that the Chapter 11 Trustee might have to the Application have been resolved, it is hereby ORDERED that:
1. The Application is hereby approved;
2. The request for compensation in the amount of $1,392,605.75 and reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses in the amount of $125,161.10 by LeClair Ryan be and hereby are allowed;
3. LeClair Ryan is permitted to apply $171,318.18 of its pre-petition retainer to the outstanding amounts owed by the Trustee; and
4. LeClair Ryan is directed to return to the Trustee the amount of $8,867.00 from its pre-petition retainer.
5. Upon entry of this Order the Clerk shall forward copies of this Order to the parties listed on the attached Service List.
