WALTER, Bankruptcy Judge In conjunction with the court's decision entered contemporaneously herewith, the court holds that Ohio Rev. Code § 2329.66(A)(17) incorporates the garnishment protection of "earnings" provided by the Federal Consumer Credit Protection Act in 15 U.S.C. § 1673. Furthermore, the "earnings" of independent contractors receive the protections provided under the Act to the extent the earnings are compensation for personal services. For these reasons, the court overrules the Trustee's objection to the Debtor's claimed exemption in his earnings due at the time of the bankruptcy filing. SO ORDERED.
