In accordance with the findings of fact and conclusions of law this day entered, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED as follows:
1. Plaintiff shall have and recover of defendants H H Real Estate Development, Inc., H H Real Estate Partnership, Wee Care Academy, Inc., Wee Manage Inc., Elias Hendricks, Jr., and Gaynell Hendricks, jointly and severally, the sum of One Million, One Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand, Nine Hundred Thirty-Three Dollars and Eighty Cents ($1,126,933.80), plus interest hereafter at the prevailing legal rate per annum until paid in full;
2. Judgment is entered in favor of the plaintiff CS Assets, LLC, and the third-party defendants John Mosher and Binnacle Management, Inc., as to all counter- and third-party claims brought against them by the defendants H H Real Estate Development, Inc., H H Real Estate Partnership, Wee Care Academy, Inc., Wee Manage Inc., Elias Hendricks, Jr., and Gaynell Hendricks.
