IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

A. The Petition for Attorney's Fees filed by Richard F. Kurth, on January 3, 2005, is DENIED;

B. Affirmative relief requested by the Debtors in a pleading filed February 1, 2005, is DENIED; and,

C. Relief requested by the Debtors in the form of counterclaims and a motion to show cause in their pleading filed February 1, 2005, are also DENIED.
