The plaintiff's civil claims against Rhonda Lynn Gildersleeve are discharged. However, the criminal restitution obligations imposed on Gildersleeve in State of Alaska v. Gildersleeve, Case No. 3PA-01-00129 CR, have not been discharged and survive her bankruptcy.
