The Court approves the uncontested referee's report and reprimands respondent.
Respondent is further directed to attend and complete The Florida Bar Advertising Workshop within six (6) months of the date of this Court's order under the terms and conditions set forth in the report.
Further, respondent shall comply with all terms and conditions of the report.
Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Laura B. Zebersky in the amount of $1,258.80, for which sum let execution issue.
Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined.
