L. FRIEND, Bankruptcy Judge
AND NOW, upon due consideration of the Motion ("Motion") for Order Authorizing Settlement and Compromise of Priority Claims of Terry and Lisa Jacobs, good cause having been shown for the relief requested therein, due and proper notice having been given under the circumstances; it appearing that the relief requested is in the best interest of the WSCLT and its beneficiaries, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that:
Undefined capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Motion.
1. The Motion is granted.
2. The form and terms of the "Settlement Agreement and Complete Release of All Claims", as the same applies to the WSCLT, are approved.
3. The WSCLT is authorized to pay to the order of Terry and Lisa Jacobs the sum of Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000) Dollars, representing the portion of the settlement consideration under the "Settlement Agreement and Complete Release of All Claims" due from the WSCLT.
4. Following payment of $200,000 by the WSCLT to Terry and Lisa Jacobs, the Liquidating Trustee shall file a "Notice of Payment" with the Court, at which time the Application for Allowance and Payment of Administrative Claim by Terry and Lisa Jacobs at docket number 2258 shall be deemed withdrawn.
