ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE KARON BOWDRE, District Judge After the end of testimony in this case and during the jury deliberations, the court instructed counsel for both sides of their obligation to advise the court as to any portions of the transcripts of sidebar and chambers conferences which should not be released to the public. Although counsel for the defense has worked with the court reporter to comply with the court's directive, the work has not been completed. On Thursday, June 30, 2005, the court advised counsel for both sides that they should complete their work by July 5, 2005. Despite repeated calls from the court reporter, counsel for the government has not responded. Therefore, all counsel are hereby advised that unless they show cause in writing by noon on Friday, July 8, 2005 all transcripts of trial proceedings not previously ordered sealed shall be released to the public. DONE and ORDERED.
