ORDER GRANTING PARTIAL RELIEF SOUGHT IN DEBTORS' FOURTEENTH OMNIBUS OBJECTION TO CLAIMS
SUSAN KELLEY, Bankruptcy Judge
Upon the Debtors' Fourteenth Omnibus Objection to Claims seeking entry of an order disallowing certain claims; and the Court having jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334; and the Court finding that this is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2); and upon consideration of the Fourteenth Omnibus Objection and the Court having partially sustained the Fourteenth Omnibus Objection as described on the record at the hearing held on May 18, 2005; and due and proper notice of the Fourteenth Omnibus Objection having been given; and the Court having determined that just cause exists for the relief granted herein; it is hereby
Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed in the Debtors' Fourteenth Omnibus Objection to Claims.
ORDERED that, except as otherwise set forth herein, the relief sought in the Fourteenth Omnibus Objection is granted; and it is further
ORDERED that each of the Contingent Contribution Claims listed on Exhibits A and B hereto is disallowed for all purposes; and it is further
ORDERED that the Fourteenth Omnibus Objection is continued until August 17, 2005 solely with respect to the Claims listed on Exhibit C hereto; and it is further
ORDERED that this Court shall retain jurisdiction to hear and determine all matters arising from or relating to the implementation of this Order.
