TRIAL ORDER

EUGENE WEDOFF, Bankruptcy Judge

This proceeding having come before the Court for status hearing on the motions of U.S. Bank National Association, The Bank of New York, and Wells Fargo Bank N.A. (collectively, the "Trustees") for allowance and payment of administrative expense claims, and the objections of the debtors and debtors-in-possession ("United") and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the "Committee") (collectively, the Trustees, United and the Committee are referred to as the "Parties") thereto, it is hereby ordered that:

1. The Trustees shall produce all documents responsive to United's discovery responses related to: (a) the market value of the aircraft for which they seek administrative expense claims; and (b) any alleged breach of maintenance and/or return obligations, by August 30, 2005.

2. Fact depositions shall begin September 1, 2005, and shall be noticed (along with any other discovery) so as to be completed before September 26, 2005.

3. On or before September 1, 2005, United and the Committee shall serve upon the Trustees any expert reports related to the market value of aircraft owed or controlled by the Trustees.
