A Second Amended Joint Disclosure Statement and a Second Amended Joint Plan of Liquidation under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code having been filed by the Debtor and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors on August 11, 2005,
IT IS SO ORDERED and notice is hereby given, that:
1. The hearing to consider the approval of the disclosure statement shall be held on September 20, 2005 at 9:30 o'clock a.m. at The Federal Building, 224 South Boulder Avenue, Courtroom No. 1, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
2. September 13, 2005 is fixed as the last day for filing and serving in accordance with Fed.R.Bankr.P. 3017(a) written objections to the disclosure statement.
3. Within 3 days after entry of this order, the disclosure statement and plan shall be distributed in accordance with Fed.R.Bankr.P. 3017(a).
4. Requests for copies of the disclosure statement and plan shall be mailed to the debtor in possession at 1100 ONEOK Plaza, 100 West Fifth Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74103-4217.
