IN RE: DAVID LOUIS KADO, Chapter 7, Debtor. STACIA L. YOON, TRUSTEE, Plaintiff, v. DAVID LOUIS KADO, Defendant.

ORDER REGARDING MOTION FOR RULE TO SHOW CAUSE

PHILIP KLINGEBERGER, Bankruptcy Judge

On October 25, 2005, the plaintiff filed a Motion for Rule to Show Cause, requesting that the Court enter an order to the defendant to show cause why he should not be held in contempt of Court for failing to comply with an order of the Court. The order which the plaintiff seeks to enforce is stated in paragraph 2 to be a turnover order entered on June 13, 2003. This order would have been entered in the main case, and is not part of the docket record in this adversary proceeding.

IT IS ORDERED that the above-designated motion is denied, as being directed to an order which cannot be enforced in this adversary proceeding.
