ROBIN RIBLET, Bankruptcy Judge
On the 10:00 a.m. calendar, on December 1, 2005, in Courtroom 201 of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, Northern Division, located at 1415 State Street, Santa Barbara, California 93101-2511, the Honorable Robin L. Riblet, United States Bankruptcy Judge, conducted a hearing on the motion (the "Motion") filed by R. Todd Neilson, trustee (the "Trustee") of the "Estate of Reed E. Slatkin and Substantively Consolidated Affiliates Topsight Oregon, Inc. and Reed Slatkin Investment Club, L.P. Liquidating Trust" (the "Liquidating Trust"), for authority to compromise claims with Thomas Skrenes ("Skrenes"). Peter J. Mastan of Gumport Reitman appeared on behalf of the Trustee. Any other appearances were stated on the record. The Court, having considered the Motion, no opposition to the Motion having been filed or received, and good cause appearing, finds and directs as follows:
1. The Motion is granted.
2. All of the terms of the Settlement Agreement and Mutual General Release (the "Agreement") between the Trustee, on behalf of the Liquidating Trust, and Skrenes are approved.
3. The Trustee and Skrenes are authorized to exchange releases as set forth in the Agreement.
4. The parties to the Agreement are authorized and directed to perform its terms.
5. The Agreement was made in good faith and in an arm's-length transaction.
6. Adequate notice of the hearing on the Motion was given.
