Comes on now for consideration by the Court the Motion for Consolidation filed herein by the Movant, CVM, Inc. Upon review of the Motion, of the Court's file and stipulation by counsel and by the Trustee, the Court finds that the hearing in the bankruptcy case-in-chief (consolidated case no. 04-bk71577) on the Motion for Reconsideration of Order (Document No. 1280) filed by CVM, Inc. shall be consolidated with hearing on the Motion for Specific Performance and enforcement of Order (Document No. 1) filed by CVM, Inc. in Adversary Proceeding No. 05-08144. Hearing in these consolidated matters will be scheduled at the same time and date, to be scheduled upon subsequent notice from the Court.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
