ORDER KATHLEEN O'MALLEY, District Judge As set forth in the Notice of Bankruptcy Filing (Doc. 4) filed by Plaintiffs, Defendant Lewis Steel Co. has filed for bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (Case No. 03-33365). Also, attorneys Doug Sergent and Byron Wallace, current counsel for Plaintiffs, have filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel of Record (Doc. 5). In so far as new counsel for Plaintiffs has entered an appearance ( see Doc. 6), the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel of Record (Doc. 5) is GRANTED. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that this case is CLOSED, subject to reopening upon written motion of the Plaintiffs, or any other proper party in interest, after either a dismissal of the bankruptcy case, or the granting of relief from the stay imposed by § 362 of the Bankruptcy Code, or any injunction imposed by virtue of § 524 of the Bankruptcy Code.
