MICHELLE STRANGER, Plaintiff, v. CHECKER AUTO PARTS, Defendant.

ORDER

JAMES BROWNING, District Judge

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Plaintiff's Motion to Extend Pretrial Deadlines, filed April 9, 2006 (Doc. 48). The Court held a hearing on this motion on June 15, 2006. The primary issue is whether the Court should extend the pretrial deadlines set forth in the Initial Pretrial Report. Consistent with the Court's ruling at the hearing on this motion, and for the reasons given at the time of the hearing, the Court will deny the motion without prejudice. IT IS ORDERED that the Plaintiff's Motion to Extend Pretrial Deadlines is denied without prejudice to the Plaintiff renewing her request after the Court rules on the pending, potentially dispositive motions.

Stranger agreed with the Court that denying the motion without prejudice would be a fair disposition of the matter at this time. See Transcript of Hearing at 30:3-31:1 (taken June 15, 2006).
