FINISAR CORP., Plaintiff, v. THE DIRECTV GROUP, INC., ET AL., Defendants.

ORDER

RONALD CLARK, District Judge

At the hearing on post trial motions, held on July 6, 2006, it was necessary to utilize the service of a substitute court reporter, who was not familiar with the complicated terminology of this patent case. Upon review of the transcript, the court noted numerous misstatements, such as obvious typographical errors in spelling of cases cited. The court has instructed the court reporter to prepare a corrected copy of the transcript of pages 98 through 140 of the transcript of the July 6, 2006 hearing and to file it as a supplemental record.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to Fed.R.App.P. 10(e), that the corrections to pages 98 through 140 of the transcript of the July 6, 2006 hearing in this case shall be certified and filed, to be used in lieu of the original transcript of those pages.

So ORDERED and SIGNED.
