Decision Pursuant to Rule 1:28.
The judgment on indictment no. FIYO3B0497 is vacated, the verdict is set aside, and the matter is remanded to the Juvenile Court where an entry shall be made on the docket adjudicating the juvenile delinquent on a complaint of delinquency by reason of unlawful possession of ammunition, and the juvenile shall be resentenced accordingly. The remaining judgements are affirmed, as is the order denying the motion for postconviction relief.
