JAMES MARLAR, Bankruptcy Judge
Before the court is the final instalment of this phase of the case: Whether the requested attorneys' fees request is reasonable. To that end, the court has reviewed the pleadings in this matter, and finds that, considering all the circumstances, the time spent by Plaintiff's attorneys to be reasonable and earned. Considering the issues, and the extent of the contested litigation, as well as the plethora of appellate cases (both state and federal) dealing with the efforts to evaluate the fairness of counsels' requested fee, the court is not left with the feeling that the fees are unreasonable or abusive. Accordingly, the court finds and concludes that, for this phase of the case, it needs no further evidentiary hearings, BSD Trust's counsels' fees shall be approved, and Defendants' objections thereto shall be overruled.
The requested fee amount of $32,924.95 is GRANTED, as are the costs incurred of $2,421.56. The objections of Arcata Investments 2, LLC and SN Servicing Corporation are OVERRULED.
A partial judgment, entered separately, shall reflect this decision.
