DECISION ORDER ON MOTION
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion the papers filed in opposition and relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the decretal paragraph of the decision and order of this court dated December 12, 2006, is amended by deleting therefrom the words "the sixteenth decretal paragraph" and substituting therefor the words "the fifteenth decretal paragraph" and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
