Alexander ANGLEMYER, Appellant, v. STATE OF INDIANA, Appellee.

ORDER

Following an opinion by the Court of Appeals, this Court granted transfer and later issued an opinion deciding this appeal,Anglemyer v. State, No. 43S05-0606-CR-230, slip op. (Ind. June 26, 2007).

On June 29, 2007, Appellant, by counsel, Joel M. Schumm, filed a "Motion To Amend Case Caption." The motion correctly notes that Schumm, who authored the transfer petition, is the only attorney for Appellant listed in the caption on the first page of the opinion. The motion points out that another attorney, Michael W. Reed, had also appeared for Appellant and had authored the brief of appellant. The motion requests that the caption of this Court's opinion be amended to include Reed's name as one of the two counsel appearing for Appellant.

The Court GRANTS, in part, the motion to amend. Rather than issue a new opinion, the Court, through its Division of Administration, will ask the reporter of the Court's opinions, Thomson/West, to add in its publications of the opinion a reference to "Michael W. Reed, Reed Earhart Attorneys at Law, P.C, Warsaw, Indiana," as one of the counsel appearing for Appellant.

The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order to all counsel of record and to Thomson/West.

Done at Indianapolis, Indiana, this 10th day of July, 2007.
