For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum, it is hereby ORDERED that:
1. the plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment (docket entry no. 84) is Granted in part and Denied in part;
2. the plaintiffs are entitled to the sum of $47,585.50, before pre-judgment interest;
3. Jose Sales's motion for summary judgment (docket entry no. 85) is Granted;
4. Sales is entitled to the sum of $2,392.50, before pre-judgment interest;
5. URI's motion for summary judgment (docket entry no. 74) is Denied without prejudice;
6. the defendants' motion for partial summary judgment as to Alicia Canales (docket entry no. 83) is Granted; and
7. Counsel will be contacted to schedule a trial date.
