Edwards v. Stephens.

CARTER, C.J.

Plaintiff, Christopher M. Edwards, appeals the district court judgment sustaining the defendants' exceptions raising the objections of prescription, no cause of action, and lack of subject matter jurisdiction, and dismissing plaintiffs suit with prejudice

Finding the district court's written reasons for judgment adequately explain the decision of this court, we affirm the district court's judgment by summary disposition in accordance with Rule 2-16.2A(5) of the Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal. Costs of this appeal are assessed to plaintiff/appellant, Christopher M. Edwards.
