Effective May 1, 2008, all payments for cases administered by David Wm. Ruskin, Chapter 13 Trustee, shall be mailed to: David Wm. Ruskin, Chapter 13 Trustee 1593 Reliable Parkway Chicago, Illinois 60686-0015 For all cases in which this Court has previously entered a Third Party Payment Order, notice of this Order to the party obligated to remit payments shall be deemed an amendment of the Third Party Payment Order changing the payment address. All persons or companies receiving notice from the Trustee shall implement this change of address as of May 1, 2008, as if such address was set forth in the Third Party Payment Order as originally entered.
For all cases in which this Court has previously entered an Order Excusing Third Party Payment Order or has otherwise Ordered the Debtor(s) to make payments directly to the Trustee, notice of this Order to the debtor(s) shall be deemed an amendment of the Order Excusing Third Party Payment Order changing the payment address. Debtors and Debtor's counsel shall implement this change of address as of May 1, 2008, as if such address was set forth in the Order Excusing Third Party Payment Order as originally entered.
The change of address set forth herein shall become effective without further Order of this Court.
All proposed Third Party Payment Orders and all proposed Orders Excusing Third Party Payment Order (and all amendments thereof) in cases administered by David Wm. Ruskin, Chapter 13 Trustee, submitted to the Court on or after May 1, 2008, shall specify the address listed above as the address to which payments are to be directed.
