ORDER OF AMENDMENT

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that in the caption of this court's June 25, 2008 Opinion in the above-entitled case, the word CIRCUIT is deleted and replaced with the word FAMILY as the title of the lower court.
The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of this change.
