ORDER REGARDING MOTION TO MODIFY CHAPTER 13 PLAN POST CONFIRMATION AND APPROVE ADDITIONAL ATTORNEY FEES ["MOTION"] PHILIP KLINGEBERGER, Bankruptcy Judge The Motion, filed by counsel for the debtor on September 16, 2008, requests both approval of an amended Chapter 13 plan pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1329 and approval of requested additional compensation for counsel for the debtor. The portion of the Motion which relates to additional compensation was not accompanied by the detailed statement required by Fed.R.Bankr.P. 2016(a), particularly with respect to an itemization of services rendered by date, nature of service and amount of time expended for each itemized service. While the court can approve the second modified plan post-confirmation, the court will not approve the request for additional compensation. IT IS ORDERED that the Second Modified Chapter 13 Plan Post Confirmation filed on September 16, 2008 is approved, and that the debtor's plan as so modified shall constitute the Chapter 13 plan in this case. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that additional compensation requested by the foregoing Motion is denied, without prejudice to the filing of a subsequent application which complies with applicable law, including Fed.R.Bankr.P. 2016(a).
