WHEREAS, on November 21, 2008, L-Soft International, Inc. ("Debtor") filed the Objection to Claim Number 8 of 7272 Wisconsin Building Corp. ("Claimant") (Docket No. 222) (the "Claim Objection"); and
WHEREAS, the original Deadline for Claimant to respond to the Claim Objection is December 22, 2008; and
WHEREAS, Claimant was granted an extension of time through and including January 2, 2009 to respond to the Claim Objection by a stipulation and consent order entered by this court on December 24, 2008; and
WHEREAS, Debtor and Claimant continue to engage in discussions to facilitate a resolution to the Claim Objection; and
WHEREAS, Debtor has agreed to further extend the time for Claimant to respond to the Claim Objection through and including Tuesday, January 13, 2009; it is hereby
STIPULATED, AGREED AND ORDERED, that the deadline for Claimant to respond to the Claim Objection is hereby extended through and including January 13, 2009.
