The father's application is denied. The mother's application is denied without prejudice to refiling following further consideration of the case by the Appeals Court. The case is remanded to the Appeals Court for reconsideration of its holding denying the mother's request for appellate attorney's fees in light of the mother's contention that the court overlooked the contractual fee provision in the parties' separation agreement.
