FREDRICK ALLEN ELLIS, Plaintiff, v. DANNY POWELL and CHRIS BRACEWELL, Defendants.

ORDER

DUDLEY BOWEN JR., District Judge

After a careful, de novo review of the file, the Court concurs with the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation, to which no objections have been filed. Accordingly, the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge is ADOPTED as the opinion of the Court. Therefore, the motion to dismiss is GRANTED, the motion for summary judgment and Plaintiff's outstanding motions are deemed MOOT, and this civil action is CLOSED.

The Court notes that Plaintiff has filed a "response" to the Report and Recommendation, in which he indicates that he accepts the Magistrate Judge's recommendation of dismissal. (See doc. no. 204).

Those motions filed by Plaintiff and Defendant Powell since the issuance of the Report and Recommendation are also deemed MOOT. (Doc. nos. 202, 203).

SO ORDERED, at Augusta, Georgia.
