ORDER HENRY DUPONT RIDGELY, Justice. This 1st day of July 2009, it appears to the Court that a notice to show cause issued to the appellant, Jimmie Lewis, on May 8, 2009, for his failure to file an amended notice of appeal as instructed by the Senior Clerk of this Court. The notice to show cause was mailed to Lewis at the address provided by him in the notice of appeal. The notice was returned by the post office marked "return to sender." Three more attempts to locate Lewis by mail met with similar results. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 9(b), that the appeal is DISMISSED.
