This case is before the Court on the "Debtors' Ex Parte Motion for Extension of Time to File Combined Plan and Disclosure Statement," filed July 6, 2009 (Docket # 64, the "Motion"). The Motion is untimely; the deadline for filing such a motion was June 3, 2009. See Order Establishing Deadlines and Procedures, filed March 18, 2009 (Docket # 21) at ¶¶ 1(i), 10. Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED that the Motion (Docket # 64) is denied.
The Court notes that the deadline for the Debtor to file a plan and disclosure statement was July 6, 2009. The Court gives notice that unless Debtor files a combined plan and disclosure statement no later than Thursday, July 9, 2009, the Court intends to dismiss this case, without further notice or hearing.
