The Full Commission, on its own motion, finds that a clerical errors exist in the transcript of June 9, 2008, the Administrative Law Judge's Opinion filed September 5, 2008, and the Full Commission's Opinion and Order filed May 15, 2009. The transcript, Administrative Law Judge's opinion, and Full Commission's Opinion and Order each reflect the employer as "DILLARD'S DOLLAR, INC." in the above referenced case. The Full Commission finds that each document should reflect the employer as "DILLARD'S, INC.". The Full Commission is authorized to correct clerical errors and this is a proper case for exercise of that authority. Ark. Code Ann. § 11-9-713(d) (Repl. 1996). The transcript of June 9, 2008, the Administrative Law Judge's Opinion filed September 5, 2008, and the Full Commission Opinion filed on May 15, 2009, is hereby modified only to reflect the proper employer. In all other respects, the transcript, ALJ's Opinion, and the Full Commission Opinion and Order shall remain the same and shall not be otherwise affected.
