In accordance with the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 6-114, which established the Committee on Probation, the Chief Justice is responsible for appointing members to the Committee on Probation. Therefore, after due consideration,
IT IS ORDERED that Douglas Pilcher, a representative of the Committee on Limited Jurisdiction Courts, is appointed to the Committee on Probation for a term beginning upon signature of this Order and ending on June 30, 2011.
