REBECCA WHITE BERCH, Chief Justice.
Article 6, § 20 of the Arizona Constitution and Administrative Order 2001-62, issued on June 20, 2001, authorize the call back to active duty retired justices or judges, listed as qualified by the Administrative Director of the Arizona Supreme Court, to serve as judges of the superior court. Therefore,
IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable Charles E. Jones, a former justice of the Arizona Supreme Court, is appointed as judge pro tempore and authorized to administer the oath of office to the president and other officers of the Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District and the Salt River Valley Water Users' Association on May 3, 2010.
