Hearings were held October 30, 2009, November 18, 2009, and concluded November 20, 2009, on valuation of the collateral securing the claim of Bank of North Georgia ("BNG"). At those hearings, testimony and argument were presented regarding the value of four houses located in the Hallmark Hills Subdivision in Spalding County (1607, 1666, 1606 and 1600 Hallmark Hills) and one house located in the Davidson Landing Subdivision located in Henry County, Georgia ("Susie Court") (collectively the "Property"). For the reasons set forth on the record at the hearing, the undersigned finds the fair market value of the Property to be:
