In re: CHARLES EDMUND SOUDERS, pro se, Chapter 13, Debtor.

ORDER DENYING DEBTOR'S MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE DOCUMENTS (DOCKET # 16), DISMISSING CASE, AND RETAINING JURISDICTION TO HEAR AND RULE ON THE UNRESOLVED PORTION OF THE UNITED STATES TRUSTEE'S "MOTION TO DISMISS FOR CAUSE AND BAR FUTURE BANKRUPTCY FILINGS" (DOCKET # 14)

THOMAS TUCKER, Bankruptcy Judge

This case is before the Court on a letter that Debtor filed on September 30, 2010, which the Court construes as a motion seeking a two week extension of time to file documents (Docket # 16, the "Motion"). Debtor has not filed any of the following required documents: a Chapter 13 Monthly and Disposable Income Form 22C; a Statement of Financial Affairs; or a Chapter 13 Plan, all of which were due no later than September 30, 2010.

The Court concludes that the Debtor's Motion seeking an extension of time does not demonstrate good cause for any extension of time (and in fact the Motion is unintelligible).

Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that:

1. The Motion (Docket # 16), is DENIED.
2. This bankruptcy case is DISMISSED.
3. The Court retains jurisdiction to hear and rule on the unresolved portion of the United States Trustees' "Motion to Dismiss for Cause and Bar Future Bankruptcy Filings" (Docket # 14) — namely, the portion of the motion that seeks an order barring Debtor from filing further any new bankruptcy cases for specified periods of time in the future.
