REBECCA WHITE BERCH, Chief Justice.
On April 30, 2010, by Administrative Order No. 2010-52, Chief Justice Rebecca White Berch established the Committee on Improving Judicial Oversight and Processing of Probate Court Matters and appointed members to the Committee. The Court has been advised that Judge William J. O'Neil and Beverly Frame are no longer able to serve on the Committee.
Therefore, pursuant to Article VI, Section 3, of the Arizona Constitution,
IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable Robert Carter Olson is appointed to fulfill the unexpired term of the Honorable William J. O'Neil and the Honorable Denise Lundin is appointed to fulfill the unexpired term of Beverly Frame effective upon signature of this Order.
