Silfies, Inc. and Price Trucking, Inc., the debtors and debtors in possession in the above-captioned case (the "Debtors") and the Greenwich Insurance Company and Indian Harbor Insurance Company (collectively, "XL Insurance") hereby stipulate and agree that XL Insurance shall have through and including March 11, 2011 to file its response to the Debtors' Final Report and Motion for Final Decree and to Modify Creditors' Trust Agreement [Docket No. 447].
