Daryll Boyd Jones, of Laurelton, New York, having been suspended from the practice of law in this Court by order of October 4, 2010; and a rule having been issued and served upon him requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; and a response having been filed;
It is ordered that Daryll Boyd Jones is disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.
