Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on March 28, 2011,

Cirando, Esq., sworn to March 23, 2012, and April 6, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affidavit of Joan Casilio Adams, Esq., sworn to April 4, 2012, and the affidavit of Brian R. Welsh, Esq., sworn to April 6, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered January 27, 2012, is hereby amended by deleting the date March 27, 2012, and inserting in its place the date June 26, 2012.
