1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
2. In terms of FIR allegations were levelled that for vacating the premises of the applicant as was required by the informant the applicant allegedly came and caused severe injuries. The FIR in question was lodged under Section 307. The medical on record does not indicate any injury which can be linked to the applicant under Section 307 IPC.
3. It is informed that the matter has been compromised in between the parties and the same has been duly verified by the court below which is on record.
4. Considering the nature of the injuries, the same prima-facie cannot lead to conviction of an offence under Section 307 of IPC, as such, following the judgment in the case of State of Madhya Pradesh v. Laxmi Narayan; AIR 2019 SC 1296, entire proceedings of Session Trial No.86 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime No.209 of 2020, P.S. Jankipuram, District Lucknow are quashed.
