1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the
State.
2. The only prayer made by the applicant is that the Civil Judge (J.D.),
F.T.C.-14th Finance Commission, Varanasi, District-Varansi be directed
to decide the Complaint Case No. 37011 of 2024 (Vachaspati Mishra vs.
Dharamvir Singh), under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, P.S.
Cantt., District Varanasi within a stipulated period.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case,
this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge
(J.D.), F.T.C.-14th Finance Commission, Varanasi, District-Varansi to
decide the Complaint Case No. 37011 of 2024 (Vachaspati Mishra vs.
Dharamvir Singh), under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, P.S.
Cantt., District Varanasi expeditiously, in accordance with law, if there is
no legal impediment.
