1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the
State.
2. The only prayer made by the applicant is that the learned Special Judge
(SC/ST)/Additional District and Session Judge, Gautam Budh Nagar be
directed to decide the Session Case No.177/2026 (State Vs. Khurseed)
arising out of Case Crime No.196/2025 under Section 191(2), 191(3),
333, 109(1), 351(2) BNS, Police Station Badalpur, District Gautam Budh
Nagar, within a stipulated period.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case,
this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned
Special Judge (SC/ST)/Additional District and Session Judge, Gautam
Budh Nagar to decide the Session Case No.177/2026 (State Vs.
Khurseed) arising out of Case Crime No.196/2025 under Section 191(2),
191(3), 333, 109(1), 351(2) BNS, Police Station Badalpur, District
Gautam Budh Nagar, expeditiously, in accordance with law, if there is no
legal impediment.
