Mr. Ish Puneet Singh appearing for the petitioner
through video conferencing seeking enhancement in the
compensation is inter alia that the compensation
awarded under the conventional head is far less and
not in accordance with the decision of this Court in
National Insurance Company v. Pranay Sethi, (2017) 16
SCC 680.
