respondent has not been delivered and has been received back
with the remarks “unclaimed”. Hence, service is deemed to be
complete on the said respondent in light of Judgment passed
by this Hon’ble Court in K. Bhaskaran Vs. Sankaran Vaidhyan
Balan and Another, (1999) 7 Supreme Court Cases 510 and
order passed by the Registrar’s Court on 13.10.2023 in T.P.
(C) No. 2090/2019. Still none has entered appearance on
behalf of the said respondent.
