Ld. Counsel on behalf of Operational Creditor is present and submitted that the CIRP against the Corporate Debtor has already been initiated vide order dated 16.10.2025 in Company Petition No-200/2025 title “Bank of India Vs. TDT Copper Limited.
In view of this, Ld. Counsel on behalf of Operational Creditor sought liberty to withdraw the present application with a liberty to submit their claim before the Resolution Professional. Since the moratorium in terms of Section 14 is already in place, the liberty is granted to the Operational Creditor to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to submit their claim before the RP. With these observations, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
