The issue for consideration in this special leave petition is
the interpretation of Section 18(5) of the Micro, Small and Medium
Enterprises Development Act, 2006, and as to whether the time
stipulation therein is to be considered directory or mandatory.
Issue notice, returnable on 23.09.2025.
Notice shall be served by all modes, including dasti.
